I wanted a place to sleep overnight, and it was good value for that, but the included breakfast was 'continental' only, and cooked breakfast had an additional £5 charge. The room was initially quite cold due to a timer issue, but it got sorted the next day. If you don't mind a basic stay with a slightly disappointing breakfast, it's decent for the price paid.

The double and single bed setup was more than adequate for our overnight stay, and the garden was a nice bonus, especially during good weather.
